JH Global has been translating wildlife wisdom into leadership results for over 30 years. Founder/CEO Julie Henry began her career at Chicago’s John G. Shedd Aquarium – and the moment she taught her first team building workshop using a coral reef as a communication case study, she never looked back. She now brings expertise gained from 80+ clients across nonprofit, corporate, government, and community sectors to every engagement, all rooted in leadership development through a wildlife lens. Julie has a heart for leaders, a passion for wildlife, endless joy – and is always ready for a little nature play!
