WAZA Welcomes New Corporate Member
The World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) is pleased to welcome its newest member to the global WAZA community. Hanart Culture LLC joined WAZA this month as a corporate member.
Hanart Culture produces and manages live entertainment, including the Chinese Lantern Festival. The Hanart Culture Chinese Lantern Festival is a premier event of colorful and lively interactive entertainment immersing guest in the art, culture, music, performance and life of Asia.
The lanterns for the Chinese Lantern Festival are handmade by masters of the craft in China’s center of lantern heritage, using modern materials and eco-friendly technology. Each lantern is carefully crafted and custom-made, ensuring that they can be built to specific environments, taking into consideration a sites natural environment. The beautiful light displays of animals, flowers, plants, characters and architectural landmarks take inspiration from the ancient folk art of lantern making.

In addition to the Lantern Festival, Hanart Culture also produces an animatronic dinosaur empire, ice sculpture shows called Ice Wonderland, organises live theatrical entertainment and represents preforming artists and attractions.
