We provide a drop-in solution of modular VR theaters to high-traffic public attractions focusing on zoos and aquariums.  We provide the content, the technology, the design for the installation and the guidance on operations, and the partners manage the day-to-day operations. We are in over 65 locations throughout the world.  

About the Team:

The Sales/Partnerships Team is mission-critical to Immotion’s business. Acquiring new partners and expanding Immotion’s presence worldwide are essential to Immotion’s growth and continuing commercial success. 

The position

The Sales Manager – Europe is responsible for identifying and developing new partnership opportunities located in Europe. All interactions are primarily in English; proficiency in other languages is helpful.

This individual will be charged with contracting with high potential locations to install Immotion’s VR attractions. While this is ostensibly a sales position, the goal is to create successful long term partnerships. 


  • Focuses on prospecting and cold outreach efforts to identify potential partner sites and initiate contact with key decision makers within the European region.
    • Researching and vetting potential locations
    • Cold calling, LinkedIn connections, email outreach
  • Keeps up to date with industry trends and news for new lead opportunities. 
  • Present Immotion’s offering and capture interest and buy-in from target sites through video calls, presentation materials, on-site visits, and conference events.
  • Proposes VR attraction solutions that maximize revenues for both the partner sites and Immotion
  • Provide all relevant information and continuously update internal reporting documents. 
  • Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Support, Marketing) and with partner site stakeholders as needed to close contracts and bring projects to installation, and to ensure successful launch of operations.

Experience / skills

  • Must be a self-starter with a proven track record of business development.
  • Experience in the visitor attraction industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to forge strong relationships and negotiate with potential partners.
  • Must be able to work under multiple deadlines and with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience with Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in client-facing business development and/or sales roles
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and the Google Suite tools
  • Proficiency using virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
